Protection Specification
The protection materials and products utilised by Larbert Carriers is of top professional quality and meets rigorous standards with the highest specification. Adherence to quality control is achieved through meeting the following safety standards: BSEN61010 and LPS1207 which further adds credibility to supply of quality protection materials.
Supply
Larbert Carriers can source and supply top quality materials such as floor, wall, door, banister, stair and lift protection. On commissioning, Larbert Carriers will acquire all the necessary Floor Protection Equipment from our Approved Supplier and will securely store all equipment in extensive storage facilities awaiting confirmation of the agreed delivery date which will then utilise the professional fleet of removal vehicles to deliver the equipment to the site on demand, well within time constraints. This is the added Value that Larbert Carriers can provide in this aspect of any contract, delivery period is entirely negotiable as we can be delivered on-demand following commissioning.
Install
Larbert Carriers has being operating since 1982, therefore has extensive experience, in delivering and installing protective materials specifically to avoid building damage during removals and deliveries. During contracts installation is undertaken by uniformed, experienced, qualified staff that are professional and courteous in all regards.
There are options for coverage also, via the Larbert Carriers tailored service, offering 2m coverage or full edge-to-edge coverage. The entire process will be successfully supervised by our experienced Manager and/or Partner of the business. This will ensure that the Larbert Carrier’s policies, procedures and robust quality control system is adhered to at all times.
Removal
Removal will be undertaken by the aforementioned quality Larbert Carrier’s Staff, without causing any damage to wall finish, wood, or any other aspect of the building fabric. This will be regularly checked via our internal quality control process, monitoring and evaluation via spot checks and assessment.
Disposal
Another added value element of the Larbert Carrier’s provision is the unique methodology with regards disposal that adheres to the Scottish Government Zero Waste Action Plan 2010 and the National Waste Strategy 2009 whereby paper, cardboard and all recyclable materials are recycled; and those that are not, but could be, are prepared for re-use. This ensures that only what must go to land-fill does go to landfill therefore improving the green credentials of the process, company and contract delivery. We have pre-exist relationships with companies that both recycle and dispose of waste in an environmentally sound manner.
